Policies

Ticket Policy
  1. All ticket sales are FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
  2. All events are “rain or shine” events – no refunds, returns or exchanges for inclement weather.
  3. Ticket orders cannot be modified or canceled after being placed.
  4. If a show is POSTPONED or RESCHEDULED for any reason, all tickets will be honored for the new date. We will contact all ticket holders with new date information. Within 30 days of the notice, you may also exchange your tickets for a Gift Certificate for another show. The Newton Theatre will not be responsible for missing or incorrect contact info, and encourages patrons to visit our website for up to date announcements.
  5. If a show is CANCELLED full refunds will be issued, not including ticket fees.
  6. Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket.
  7. Please note that many of our events are not appropriate for young children. We do not recommend that anyone under the age of 12 attend performances, unless that performance is specifically geared toward that age range. Please respect the experience of the people sitting around you if you plan to bring a young child. The Box Office can help to determine if a performance is appropriate for your child.
  8. All tickets include a $4 theatre restoration fee.
  9. Newton Theatre GIFT CERTIFICATES are valid only for shows presented by The Newton Theatre.
  10. The Newton Theatre / Skylands PAC, Inc. reserves the right to refuse entry.
Third Party Ticket Purchase Policy
  1. We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
  2. Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  3. We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance.
  4. You will always pay more than face value.
  5. We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, road closures or other information.
  6. We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to a broker or unauthorized third party. If you are holding a revoked ticket, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.

  3. Performance times and cast members are beyond our control and are subject to change without advance notification.
  4. Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the theatre.

This information is transferred securely to our Credit/Debit Card processor and IS NOT stored anywhere on the TheNewtonTheatre.com system or network.
